Pune, Sep 19 (IANS) In a stunner, a poverty stricken and baffled rancher Dashrath L. Kedari, welcomed State leader Narendra Modi on his 72nd birthday (September 17) and afterward hopped into a town lake to take his life, his lamenting family expressed here on Monday.
