Ricky Dubose, a 29-year-old Georgian who as of late got a capital punishment for killing two jail monitors during a departure endeavor a long time back, committed suicide in prison, prison guards said.

Sources say that Ricky Dubose committed suicide by hanging himself. Howard R. Ledge, the sheriff of Putnam County, told The Union-Recorder,

Ricky Dubose, a detainee in Georgia, was found dead in his cell 10 days after he was condemned to death for the 2017 homicides of two COs. He had committed suicide.

The Georgia Department of Corrections has affirmed Dubose’s passing, the sheriff said. The organization left out the reason for death from a news discharge that emerged on Sunday.
